Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, the following policy applies to all purchases from Ozark Scripts.
Summary: Digital script files are non-returnable once delivered. If something isn't working, we'll help you fix it — support comes first. Eligible issues are handled case by case.
Digital goods
All Ozark products are digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered or access has been granted, the product is considered used and is generally not eligible for a refund, in line with standard practice for instantly delivered digital goods.
If your product isn't working
We want every customer up and running. If you experience a technical problem, contact us in our Discord before requesting a refund. Most issues are setup-related and resolved quickly with our support team.
Eligibility for a refund
Refunds may be considered, at our discretion, where:
- The product was never delivered due to an error on our side, and we are unable to deliver it, or
- A confirmed defect prevents the product from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds are generally not available for: change of mind; failure to read product requirements; lack of compatible hardware; account actions taken by third-party games or platforms; or violation of our Terms of Service.
How to request support or a refund
Open a support ticket in our Discord community with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it and, where eligible, process a refund to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we're responsive and want to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in loss of access to products and our community.
