These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from Ozark Scripts ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Digital products & license
All Ozark products are digital script files for use with third-party controller hardware. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post our files or login credentials.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm the payment method used is yours and authorized.
3. Acceptable use & user responsibility
Our scripts operate at the controller hardware layer and do not interact with game software. Use of input scripts may nonetheless be restricted by the terms of service of individual games, platforms, or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable game rules, platform terms, and laws. We are not responsible for any account action, suspension, or ban imposed by any third party.
4. No affiliation
We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform holder. See our Content & Affiliation Policy.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, typically instantly after successful payment, via download and/or our Discord community. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to join the community where required to receive your product and updates.
6. Updates
Purchases include lifetime updates for the purchased product, provided at our discretion as games change. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product line and does not constitute a guarantee of indefinite future support.
7. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular result or remain compatible with any third-party game or platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozark Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from third-party account actions, arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
